Mr. S. Rathinasamy, the Managing Director of Jaya Elektronic, promoted a concern by name Plasmatic Engineering in the year 1993, for manufacturing moulding machines. Consequently, he acquired innovative technical knowledge and valuable experience by manufacturing Automobile Horns. This know-how encouraged him to excel in production of Musical cut-outs for Electronic Horns.

By virtue of experience in 1995 the company diversified for the production of Auto accessories viz., melody makers, buzzers, reverse horn, electric parts. The quality and services provided to customers by the company and as encouraged by the auto parts dealers, ventured for manufacturing air horns for heavy vehicles.

As a lateral attempt and due to various enquiries, the company also started manufacturing of electric horns and slowly developed all ranges for heavy vehicles, for LCV'S, LMV'S, two & three wheelers. From an earnest beginning of 10000 horns per month, now the company has developed infrastructure for the production of 50,000 horns per month in a span of 10 years. Company grew rapidly from strength to strength. The products of the company were marketed in TAMILNADU, KERALA, KARNATAKA, ANDHRAPRADESH, NEWDELHI and other States of INDIA. The present turnover of the company is around Rs.7 Million which includes exports to the following countries.
